RHPA Survey
Over the past several months CMLTM has been working with Manitoba Health on the transition from our current legislation (Medical Laboratory Technologists Act) to the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA). The RHPA will include all regulated health professions under a single act, modernizing the legislative framework and aligning College roles and responsibilities.
Part of the process requires each profession to apply for the reserved acts (or restricted activities) that are part of the profession’s practice and validate them with the practitioners. We encourage all MLTs to complete the short questionnaire to provide your feedback and input. The survey will be open until January 13, 2023 (4:00 pm).
Please be assured that only aggregate responses will be shared with government.
