File Limit Sizes
We ask that when uploading Continuing Education documents or Record Checks that you ensure the file is no bigger than 1MB. Larger files cause loading issues in the database.
Temporarily, we have had to hide the Continuing Education attachments column, as well as the Record Checks attachment column. You will still be able to view what attachments have been added by clicking the "Edit" (pencil) button.
The next version of the database will have a fix for this issue. Once we have received the version update, we will be able to un-hide the columns.
