CPP for MLT Information Session
The Red River College Language Training Centre will be hosting an online synchronous information session about our communication courses for students in the health care field on Friday (November 6th) from 12:30-1:30pm. Details about three courses will be provided:

Communication and Professional Practice for
Medical Laboratory Technologists (CPP for MLTs)
This course is for internationally educated medical
laboratory technologists. The focus of the CPP for
MLTs course is on the critical, non-technical skills and strategies for communication
and professional practice needed for working as an MLT in the Canadian health
care context. The emphasis is on speaking and listening.
Eligibility:
Students may be permanent residents or Canadian citizens;
Language level required to take the course: CLB 8 in Listening/Speaking/Reading
and Writing (CLB 7 in writing/reading may be accepted). Further information
about eligibility and the application process will be provided at the
information session.
The information session for these three courses will be delivered on Friday, November 6th. The presentation will begin at 12:30pm. We recommend joining the information session 10 minutes early in case of any technical issues that may arise.
